A. Teenage Parent Program Provisions under Statute and Rule Section 1003.54, Florida Statutes (F.S.) requires that each district school board establish and implement a teenage parent program which is defined as an educational program designed to provide a specialized curriculum and other services to meet the needs of students who are.
